Dolan Properties: Patrick and Pat Dolan Before I provide a summary of my background, I would like to take a moment to give some insight as to "who" I am. Firstly, I work hard to  maintain my personal integrity and  professionalism. Further, I believe that there is no substitute for being  honest and  forthright in all dealings (personal and professional). Almost anyone can do "the" job, but just doing "the" job is not enough; Every business demands that we learn and provide the best possible service to the client at a fair price.             Now as to my relevant background; B.A. and B.S. from University of Kansas with majors in   mathematics   and education.           Graduate work University California in mathematics More than 10 years with IBM as a systems/sales analyst. More than 18 years in the real estate business.. real estate practice,  mortgage origination, association management, etc. Holder of a California Broker´s license. Holder of multiple designations, e.g. C.A.E., RHS (Residential Home   Specialist)   Frankly, all of this experience doesn´t amount to an hill of beans, unless that experience is matched with learning and a desire to make each transaction better than the last.
