Crown jewel is a beautiful 18-hole golf course that features gorgeous lakes and fountains. This is supplemented by three swimming pools, each with built-in, top-of-the-line barbecues that receive plenty of deck party use. One is adjacent to the spacious clubhouse, home to many social functions throughout the year, and location of the Sidewalk Cafe, an expansive, fully equipped commercial kitchen, a library, a pub, a recreation room, and a workout facility.
P.C.C. enjoys its own monthly newsletter, a professional looking publication chock full of wide-ranging information from light and breezy articles to important issues. A private television channel keeps residents up to date on community events 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are numerous sports activities and facilities, a fully staffed management office to oversee day-to-day operations, and even an on-site real estate office.
It may be the second best place in the world to live. The first? Good question.
