SUN CITY SHADOW HILLS, INDIO, CA       

 DEL WEBBS/PULTE´S SUN CITY  SHADOW HILLS  in Indio, CA is a new Del Webb/Pulte active 55+ community that had it's grand opening in January 2004.  It´s located just north of the I-10 at the top of Jefferson  near the "Shadow Hills" area of Indio, between Interstate 10 and the foothills of the Little San Bernardino Mountains.  It's bounded by Jefferson Street on the west and Monroe Street on the east.  Utilities are in the Imperial Irrigation District, giving homeowners much lower utility bills than with Edison which supplies the majority of the Coachella Valley.  Energy bills for the first 6 models are estimated to run from $42.00 to $72 a month (on average) due to the energy efficient home designs. There is no lease land - the land is held as fee simple.
